KC ASTD looks to the national ASTD organization for much of its material and information. The national ASTD website is an extremely valuable site for a wealth of information. From the national organization website and from other places, the Research area of KC ASTD endeavors to bring current research information to its members in an easily understandable format. This information is designed to help you with training ideas, methods, and technologies.

Organizational development activities, as well as performance improvement strategies, are discussed and explained. Books, relevant to training and or development are reviewed, and research reports are presented in summary form. We also bring information about the current strategies consultants are using for training and development.
