The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) has launched a new new professional certification program, the first and only comprehensive certification for people who work in the very broad field of workplace learning and performance. CPLP, which stands for Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, is fast becoming a defining standard in our profession.
The Kansas City Chapter of ASTD stands ready to support area professionals seeking certification, whether or not you are member of ASTD or KC-ASTD. Information on CPLP and local support activities are included here, with more information to come!
